2023 marks a significant year as Sental Recruitment evolves formally to the Sental Group. It is with great pleasure that we can now showcase our new branding to our existing and new client partners, as we continue our growth and business partnerships over the coming years.
2022 has seen our continued growth as a business despite the challenges that UK wide and global issues have had on the job and economic markets; Highlighting the tremendous efforts from our team to continuously support our client partners, which has enabled us to grow and sustain business throughout the pandemic.
Our clients trust us to form strong partnerships, and it is our people that our valued clients have put their trust in to handle their urgent and often highly confidential matters. Therefore last year we expanded our Executive Search function and adopted new ways of working to meet the everchanging employment landscape.
Looking ahead we will continue to develop and grow our teams, and ensure we remain committed and true to our group values. I’m excited for the year ahead, irrespective of the challenges this year may bring, as problem solving, and tenacity is and will continue to be some of Sental Group's core strengths.
